I need a full-featured recruitment website modelled on cloudhire.com, but sharper in both look and performance. Its core goal is straightforward: connect candidates with employers through intuitive job listings and recruitment tools.
Key features I must have:
• Resume upload with reliable parsing so CV data slots cleanly into the system.
• Powerful job search and filtering that lets applicants drill down by role, location, salary, and skills.
• A dedicated employer dashboard where companies can post jobs, review applications, and track shortlists.
User access will rely on standard email-and-password authentication; please build the login, registration, and password-reset flows accordingly.
I’m aiming for a responsive design that feels fast on desktop and mobile, with a clean UI and clear calls-to-action. An admin panel for site-wide management (job approvals, user roles, analytics) should also be included so I can oversee everything without touching code.
Code quality and scalability matter. You’re free to recommend the tech stack—whether that’s React + Node, Django, Laravel, or something comparable—so long as it’s well-documented and easy for another developer to maintain.
