I need a clean, modern-and-minimalist WordPress site that positions my flooring store as the go-to choice in our service area. The build should be lightweight, fast, and easy for my team to update once it’s live.

What I’m looking for
– I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a modern, mobile‑friendly website for my flooring business using a complete blueprint, content, and site plan that is already finished.
This means:
• All page content is already written
• The full site structure is complete
• The design direction is defined
• The layout for each page is planned
• The branding style is outlined
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
• Build the site according to the blueprint
• Create clean, modern, responsive layouts
• Add my content to each page
• Set up navigation, footer, and internal links
• Optimize for mobile
• Basic on‑page SEO setup (titles, meta, alt text)
• Fast loading speed
• Install essential plugins (security, caching, backups)
Acceptance criteria
1. Site loads under 3 seconds on GTmetrix (standard broadband).
2. Every listed page/section is accessible from main navigation on desktop and mobile.
3. Contact form sends to my email with a confirmation message shown to the user.
4. Gallery supports at least three layout styles (grid, masonry, slideshow) selectable in the backend.
5. No premium plugin licences needed beyond what we agree upfront.
