I need a seasoned web developer to take my educational institution online with a clean, modern-and-minimalistic WordPress site. The goal is a fully responsive experience that looks sharp on phones, tablets, and desktops, yet remains simple for non-technical staff to update through an intuitive admin panel.

Core functionality
• Course / Program pages that can be expanded or edited as offerings grow
• Admission / inquiry form routed to our admissions inbox with basic spam protection
• Faculty profile section and a concise About page to showcase our mission and staff
• News / blog area for institutional updates (WordPress native posts are fine)
• On-page SEO fundamentals: semantic headings, fast load times, clean URLs, and meta tags ready for Yoast or similar
• User-friendly dashboard instructions so our team can keep content fresh without outside help

Preferred approach
You’ll work in WordPress, leveraging a lightweight theme or custom child theme so we keep the site fast and uncluttered. Design language should stay modern, minimal, and student-focused—ample white space, clear typography, and an accessible colour palette.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages render correctly across the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, plus iOS / Android browsers.
2. PageSpeed Insights mobile score ≥ 80.
3. All listed sections are editable by an admin user without coding.
4. Final hand-over includes theme files, child theme (if used), database export, and a brief video or PDF walkthrough.
