The service specializes in Facebook Marketplace / Gumtree / eBay local deliveries, where a courier collects the item directly from the seller and delivers it safely to the buyer’s door across Greater London (M25 area).
The website should look clean, fast, and mobile-friendly, allowing customers to book a pickup and delivery, pay online via Stripe, and get order confirmations automatically.
Core Objectives
Create a beautiful, responsive website (WordPress, Laravel, or custom PHP)
Integrate address autocomplete (Google Places or UK postcode lookup)
Build a booking + payment system (Stripe)
Create a simple admin dashboard with order management and map view
Booking System
A separate Book Delivery page should allow customers to:
Enter pickup and delivery addresses (autocomplete)
Add item description and notes (door code, fragile, etc.)
Select delivery type (standard / same-day)
Pay securely through Stripe Checkout
Receive automatic email confirmation
After successful payment:
The order is stored in the database
Admin is notified by email
Order status = Pending Pickup
Admin Dashboard
Login-protected page
View all bookings with filters: Pending Pickup / Picked Up / Delivered
Map view (Leaflet or Google Maps) showing pickup and delivery points
Ability to mark orders as Picked Up or Delivered
Export addresses (CSV or copy list) for route planning
