I need a brand-new e-commerce website built to mirror the layout and functionality of an existing store I admire. The finished site must feel modern, load quickly on all devices, remain fully responsive, and be straightforward for me to manage without touching code.

Clean, modern UI with fast loading pages
Fully responsive (mobile-first)
Key pages:
Home / search
Search results + filters
Property details page (images, key info, map area)
Basic user account pages (login/signup, profile)
Core Features
User accounts (basic authentication)
Property listings management (add/edit/remove listings via dashboard)
Search + filters (city/locality, budget range, BHK, furnishing, etc.)
Enquiry / contact workflow (tenants can submit an enquiry; listing owner can view/manage enquiries)
Admin panel for managing listings, users, and site content/pages
Payments (Must Work from Day One)
A secure, reliable payment gateway integration is required from the start (Indian providers preferred).
Smooth checkout/payment flow
Payment status tracking in admin
Basic receipts/confirmation
