I want shoppers to browse effortlessly, create and manage their own accounts, search and filter products quickly, and leave reviews or ratings that display neatly. A friction-free checkout is essential, with Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and UPI integrated natively (PayPal is not required).
