Modern Clean Website Build

I need a sharp, modern-looking site built from the ground up with a clean aesthetic that stays consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The structure is straightforward—four core pages: Home, About Us, Services, and Contact Us.

On the visual side, I want plenty of white space, balanced typography, and an intuitive layout that keeps load times low. Subtle animation or micro-interactions are welcome so long as they do not compromise speed or clarity.

Functionally, the Contact Us page should include a simple form that routes messages to my email and stores a backup in the site’s dashboard. Beyond that, each page needs editable sections so I can tweak copy or swap images without touching code.
