I want a sleek, contemporary website that showcases my chalet and lets guests handle everything—from checking dates to paying—without ever sending an email. The design should feel modern and airy, with large photos, intuitive navigation and full responsiveness on phones and tablets.

Core functionality must include:
• Live calendar availability view so guests can instantly see open dates
• Automated email confirmations that fire the moment a booking is completed or modified
• A booking-management dashboard where I can approve, amend or cancel reservations, issue refunds and export reports
