PROJECT TITLE
Simple, modern booking website for an auto cosmetics business
OVERVIEW
I run a vehicle customisation business in Australia (mobile service). I need a
clean, modern, good-looking website that shows my work and lets customers book
and pay a small deposit online to prevent no-shows. Keep it simple, fast, and
easy for me to maintain myself. (Business name, branding and contact details
will be shared privately with the freelancer I choose.)
SERVICES TO FEATURE
- Caliper painting
- Guard rolling
- White wall tyres
- Headlight restoration
- Mobile service (we come to the customer)
PAGES (keep it lean)
- Home: strong first impression, hero image, clear "Book now" button
- Services: short description and a "from" price for each service
- Gallery: before/after photos of recent work. IMPORTANT: I must be able to add
and remove photos myself easily, with no coding
- Contact: phone, service area, map, and a short enquiry form
BOOKING SYSTEM (the most important part)
Customers must be able to:
- Choose a service, date and time
- Pay a small deposit (booking fee) at checkout to secure the spot. The deposit
comes off the final price, it is not an extra charge
- Receive an automatic confirmation email and a reminder before the appointment
Policy to support: free reschedule with 24 hours notice (deposit carries over);
no-show or last-minute miss forfeits the deposit.
I am open to using an existing booking tool (Square or Stripe preferred for
payments) rather than a fully custom build, if that is cheaper and more reliable.

DESIGN
- Clean and modern, dark theme with a sharp accent colour
- Mobile-first: most of my customers are on their phones
- I will provide my logo, brand colours and photos once we start
WHAT I WILL PROVIDE
Logo, photos, service list and prices, and access to any accounts needed, after
selecting a freelancer.
DELIVERABLES
- Live, mobile-responsive website
- Working online booking with deposit payment, confirmations and reminders
- A short guide (or quick video) showing me how to add photos and manage bookings
