Mobile Legends Top-Up Website Development

I’m launching a dedicated top-up portal for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (global server) and need the full site built from scratch—front-end, back-end, and payment workflow. The core goal is straightforward: let players buy diamonds quickly and safely, then receive them in-game without manual intervention.

Payment flow
UPI is non-negotiable as the primary gateway, routed through a reliable PSP and secured with tokenised transactions. I’m open to expanding later to Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, or even game-specific gift cards, so an extensible architecture is important.

Key modules to implement
• User login and registration
• Transaction history with downloadable receipts
• Promo codes or discounts that I can create, schedule, and disable from an admin panel

Development notes
– Real-time order status updates via API to Moonton’s servers (or the established reseller API you have used before).
– Mobile-first responsive layout; it must load fast on 3G networks.
– Dashboard for me to adjust diamond pricing, set promo periods, and view analytics.
– Automated email/SMS confirmation so users instantly know when their purchase is complete.
– Built-in fraud checks, rate limiting, and basic KYC hooks.

Tech preferences are flexible—Laravel, Node, Django, or any stack you’re comfortable scaling—but code needs to be well-documented so another dev can extend it later.

Acceptance criteria
A successful hand-off includes:
1. Fully functional website on my hosting, SSL enabled.
2. End-to-end test demonstrating a UPI payment, automatic diamond delivery, and receipt generation.
3. Admin credentials, source code, and a short walkthrough video.
