Mobile-Friendly Portfolio Site

I need a clean, responsive portfolio website that showcases my creative work in a way that looks great on any device. The site should load quickly, keep navigation simple, and let visitors reach me directly via my email address.

Core structure
• Home/landing section introducing my work at a glance
• Projects gallery with space for images, brief descriptions, and optional external links
• Contact Information section that clearly displays my email address (no form required)

Technical notes
HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript are ideal so I can maintain the code myself later. Keep the file structure intuitive and comment anything that might need future tweaks. Accessibility and cross-browser checks are important—nothing flashy that breaks on mobile.
