I need a simple payment landing page built exactly

1. Landing page (I will provide design/content)

User visits landing page
→ Clicks Join button
→ Payment page opens with UPI QR
→ User scans and pays
→ Page automatically detects payment
→ Telegram join button appears OR auto redirects
