Mobile Bin Hire Scheduling Site

I already have a detailed design blueprint for our mobile bin-hire company and now need it turned into a fully functional website. The core of the build is a scheduling module so customers can lock in delivery and pick-up times without calling us. I’m aiming for a classic look and feel that matches our existing branding, so please keep the interface clean, familiar, and easy to navigate rather than ultra-modern or stripped-down. You’ll be working from my wireframe, but I’m open to suggestions on the best tech stack—whether that’s WordPress with reliable booking plugins, a Laravel/Vue build, or another solution you’re confident will stay fast as our bookings grow. Mobile responsiveness, straightforward admin controls, and solid security practices are non-negotiable.

Once the site is live I’ll want a quick hand-off session (video or written) so my staff can manage bookings and refunds without developer help.
