Minnesota Meat Guide Website Development

I need a website to connect meat consumers with local meat producers (farmers). The site is free for small MN local farms and will feature a monthly highlight of a Minnesota farm and their family. This is a side project that I am passionate about and got stuck trying to build my own site. I am hoping someone can help me build a base and then teach me how to maintain and update the site. Full disclosure -I have a very small budget of my own money to try to make this site happen hoping it helps our local farmers.
