Minimalist Shopify Store Build

I need a clean, minimalist Shopify store that can comfortably house 50 products split across five clearly defined categories. The core work involves:

• Setting up a fresh Shopify installation, applying a minimalist theme, and configuring the navigation so each category is easy to reach from the main menu.
• Uploading product details, images, prices, and basic SEO tags for all 50 items—each grouped into its correct collection.
• Integrating secure Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer payment gateways. PayPal isn’t essential right now, but leaving the door open for it later would be helpful.
• Making sure the storefront looks crisp on desktop and mobile, with fast load times and an uncluttered checkout flow.

Once the build is complete, hand the store over with clear written instructions on how I can add new products, run discounts, and review orders on my own.
