Minimalist QC Report Web App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a clean, fast-loading web application that lets my Admin and QC staff log in, land on a dashboard, and immediately see every ceramic-tile inspection we have ever filed. The dashboard should present a searchable, sortable datatable showing date, batch number and any other key fields, with quick actions to view or download each report.
From that same screen a “Create Report” button launches a form containing all of our predefined inputs: Tile batch number, Inspection date, Inspector name, Customer Name, Supplier Name (default), Product & Size, Total Containers, percentage of the order ready for inspection, plus a technical summary table (Design, Mfg Date, Inspection Date, Batch No.) and other lines we will supply. Standard text, textarea, dropdown, radio and number inputs are fine; the form must also accept images captured live from the device camera or selected from the gallery. Once the form is complete and submitted, the system should instantly compile the data into a neatly formatted report (PDF is ideal), then offer it for download while also saving it to the dashboard list.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can add a new report, upload or capture photos, and receive a PDF in one uninterrupted flow.
2. Newly created reports appear at the top of the dashboard without refreshing the page.
3. Dashboard allows viewing and downloading but blocks editing or deletion.
4. User permissions keep Admin options separate from QC staff where needed.
5. Page load and form submit times stay under three seconds on a 4G mobile connection.
