Minimalist Portfolio on Replit

I have a fresh Replit workspace waiting to become a sleek, minimalist portfolio site that spotlights my projects—nothing more, nothing less. The design should be clean with generous white space, crisp typography, and a responsive grid where each project card can hold an image, short description, and link to its repo or live demo.

Please craft the site directly inside Replit so I can continue editing there after delivery. Keep the stack lightweight: plain HTML, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and just enough vanilla JavaScript to handle interactive touches such as hover effects or a simple modal. No heavy frameworks unless you can justify their necessity without compromising load time.
