Minimalist Portfolio Landing Pages

I’m putting together a small, clean portfolio site and need someone who can turn a straightforward set of requirements into crisp, maintainable code. The entire build can stay in vanilla HTML, CSS and a touch of PHP for the back-end mailer; no frameworks are necessary unless you feel a lightweight helper will speed things up without bloating the files.
The site’s goal is simple: showcase my work in a modern, minimalist setting that loads fast and looks polished on desktop and mobile alike. The main landing page should flow naturally from a concise “About Me” introduction into a “Services Offered” section, with room for a featured image or two. Subtle transitions and clean typography are more important than heavy graphics.
I also need a contact form that quietly validates input (name, email, message) on the client side, then passes everything to a secure PHP script that sends the email and returns an AJAX success message without refreshing the page. Basic spam filtering (honeypot or token) is welcome.
Deliverables

• A standalone contact page or modal tied to the same style guide
• PHP script that mails form data, includes simple anti-spam, and is easy to edit
• Well-commented source files and a brief README so I can tweak text or colors later
