Minimalist Mobile App & Web Admin Panel

I need a basic mobile app (iOS & Android) and a web-based admin panel, focusing on clean, minimalist design.

What You’ll Build:

Web Admin Panel
- Admin login
- Create/manage users
- Data entry forms for each user
- Automated PDF generator
- Generate custom PDFs ("logs") based on form input
- Attach PDFs to corresponding user accounts

Mobile App
- User login screen
- "My Logs" section to view/download custom PDFs and form data

Key Requirements:
- Clean, mobile-friendly UI on both web and app
- Simple authentication (email/password)
- PDF generation from form data
- Users only see their own logs

Tech stack is flexible (React Native/Flutter + any web framework)
