Minimalist Markdown Website Build

I’m commissioning a clean, modern informational site with six static pages—Home, Start Here, For Marines, For America, Library, and About—plus a file-based Library that automatically reads Markdown/MDX files. Drop a new post file into the folder, and it should appear in the Library index and open as its own page. I will hand over all final copy, image notes, and a straightforward dev packet so you can focus on build quality rather than content creation.

Design direction
• Overall look: unmistakably minimalistic, plenty of white space
• Palette: I’ll supply specific brand colors up front
• Library posts: written content paired with images (no video)
• Top navigation is fixed and visible on every page

What I need from you
1. Fully responsive site, accessible and SEO-friendly out of the box
2. Three sample Markdown posts to prove the file-based workflow works
3. Deployed production build plus the full Git repo and a clear README for handoff
