I need a complete, production-ready website that reflects the professionalism of our AI & Data solutions startup while keeping a minimalist, clean aesthetic. WordPress is the chosen CMS because I want non-technical team members to refresh copy, add blog posts, and publish new case studies without touching code.
Scope
• Visual identity and UX: establish a modern, trust-building look that uses generous white space, clear typography, accessible colour contrasts, and responsive layouts that meet WCAG AA wherever feasible.
• WordPress development: build custom Gutenberg-friendly templates for Services, Case Studies, Team, Blog, and a lightweight Client Portal (simple authenticated area for file hand-offs or status updates).
• Performance & SEO foundations: fast load times, semantic HTML, structured data where appropriate, on-page SEO best practices, and image optimisation.
• Conversion paths: prominent contact form, newsletter sign-up, and “Request a Demo” CTA—each hooked into HubSpot (or Mailchimp if integrations are easier).
• Deployment: code in a Git repo with a simple CI workflow that ships to a cloud host (AWS, GCP, or Vercel—whichever you prefer) and includes clear hand-off documentation so my team can redeploy with one command.
Deliverables
1. Figma (or equivalent) design files covering desktop & mobile breakpoints
2. WordPress theme/plugin code, organised and commented
3. Basic client-portal login module
4. CI pipeline configuration plus a deployment guide in Markdown
