Minimalist Child Education Donation Site

I need a WordPress-based platform focused on raising funds for children’s education. The entire experience should feel light, clutter-free and modern so donors can move from inspiration to checkout in just a few clicks.

Core build
• WordPress with a reliable donation plugin (GiveWP, Charitable, or similar) configured for one-time and recurring gifts.
• Custom child theme that inherits from a reputable parent (e.g., Astra or GeneratePress) while maintaining a clean, minimalistic visual language.
• Fully responsive layouts, WCAG-friendly colour contrast and fast load times.

Education-specific features
• Scholarship application form: applicants submit details, upload documents and receive an automated confirmation.
• Dynamic list of funded programmes: filterable grid pulling data from a custom post type so staff can add new success stories without touching code.
• Real-time donation progress tracker for each campaign and a global site-wide total.

Essential pages & components
Home, Campaign archive, Individual campaign, Success stories, About, Contact, plus a secure donor dashboard showing past contributions and downloadable receipts.

Payment & compliance
Stripe and PayPal gateways active at launch, SSL enforced and reCAPTCHA on all forms.

Hand-off criteria
1. All pages pass Google PageSpeed “Good” scores on mobile and desktop.
2. Forms send data to WP database and email with no PHP errors visible in debug log.
3. Admin video (or written) walkthrough covering how to add new programmes and export donor records.
