Migrate VikRentCar Website to WooCommerce (with RnB Booking & Rental Plugin) + Improvements

Summary

We currently have a car rental website built with VikRentCar (WordPress plugin) and we’d like to migrate it to a WooCommerce-based setup using the RnB – WooCommerce Booking & Rental System plugin.

The goal is to create a more stable, flexible, and scalable booking system while solving several existing issues in our current setup.

Deliverables

- Upgrade the existing VikRentCar website to WooCommerce
- Make sure payment gateway integration is stable
- Automatically send incremental client emails about upcoming bookings. Consistency is key (currently, emails are sometimes not sent or duplicated)
- Prevent showing zero search results when parameters don’t exactly match. Show the closest available alternatives instead
- Ensure invoice updates properly reflect booking changes
- Display on the dashboard whether a deposit has been paid
- Create a clear visual distinction between Pick-up and Drop-off in the booking calendar
- Allow manually resending or sending custom emails
- Ensure invoices are also automatically sent to a specific admin email address
- Implement multilingual support (via WPML)
