Migrate Vibe Site to WordPress

I need my current Vibe-coded website rebuilt in WordPress while preserving the exact look and feel the visitors already know. All layouts, typography, colours and interactions should be replicated pixel-for-pixel, but underneath I want the flexibility of WordPress so I can publish and manage Blog articles, News updates and downloadable Whitepapers without touching code.

Please extract every existing page, image and asset, convert them to Gutenberg-friendly blocks (or a lightweight page-builder if you prefer), and configure separate custom post types for Blog, News and Whitepapers so each section is clearly organised in the dashboard. URLs, meta titles and on-page SEO settings must remain intact to avoid any traffic loss.

Scope of Work:

1) Website Conversion (Like-for-Like)
Convert the current Vibe-coded website into WordPress
Maintain all existing:
• Pages
• Navigation
• Design, colours, themes, and branding
• Fully responsive across devices

2. Insights Content Management

Create a WordPress admin tool or page to publish:
• Blogs
• White Papers
• News

Requirements:
• Ability to add, edit, and delete content
• Selecting content type should automatically publish the content under the correct section (Blog, White Paper, or News)

3. Company Locations Management
• Create an admin tool or page to manage company office locations
• Ability to add, edit, and delete locations
• Locations should automatically display on the Locations page

4. Contact Us Page
• Implement a Contact Us form
• Form submissions should send an email to a specified email address
• Basic form validation and spam protection required

Deliverables:
• Custom WordPress theme that mirrors the current design
• Migration of all content, media and links
• Three custom post types: Blog, News, Whitepapers, each with archive and single templates
• Basic hand-off guide (or quick video) showing me how to add future posts
