Migrate & Revamp WordPress Site

I have a complete backup of my existing WordPress site and I’m ready to give it a new home—and a facelift. The first step is to move everything to a fresh domain and server. I don’t yet have either in place, so I’ll rely on you for hosting recommendations and the full setup, including pointing the new domain once it’s purchased.

Once the site is live on its new server, I want to tackle both design changes and functionality improvements. Expect tweaks to the current theme or a clean theme upgrade, refreshed layouts, and any necessary plugin or custom-code adjustments to modernize the user experience.

Key deliverables
• Recommend and provision suitable hosting, then restore the WordPress backup and configure the new domain.
• Implement agreed-upon design updates (layout, styling, theme adjustments).
• Add or refine functionality—this could include plugin configuration, speed optimisation, or small custom features—until the site works flawlessly on desktop and mobile.
• Final hand-over with credentials, documentation of changes, and a quick walkthrough so I can maintain the site moving forward.
