Migrate Drupal site to Azure

This project is to migrate www.petroleumequipmentco.com, which appears to be created in Drupal 7, to Azure.

Please provide any high-level technical details and expected Azure monthly hosting costs. I prefer to use a service not a VM that I need to maintain.
