Migrate Blogger to WordPress

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to migrate 20 years' worth of content from Google Blogger to a new WordPress blogsite.

Requirements:
- Maintain a similar layout to my existing Blogger site, with some rearrangement of content sections.
- Set up a new WordPress site with a similar layout, including:
- Rearranging content sections as per my request
- Social media integration
- Enabling user comments
