Midlife Wellness Booking Website

I’m launching a wellness hub devoted to women in mid-life and need the entire web presence built and ready to take bookings. The site’s single, clear goal is to let visitors choose a service, see my real-time availability, pay, and receive timely reminders without me lifting a finger.

Here is what I need in place before we go live:

• A modern, mobile-first website—feel free to recommend WordPress, Squarespace, or a comparable CMS—as long as I can update copy, images, and new services myself.
• Calendar integration that keeps my Google (or Outlook) calendar perfectly in sync with the site’s availability.
• Automated reminders by email (and ideally SMS) so clients never miss a session.
• Secure payment processing at checkout—Stripe is my preference, but I’m open to PayPal or another solution you trust.
• Full technical setup: domain connection, hosting configuration, SSL, basic security hardening, and analytics.
• A simple dashboard where I can create services, set prices, open/close time slots, and issue refunds if needed.
• A quick video or written walk-through so I know exactly how to maintain everything once you hand it over.

Design direction: calm, confident, and welcoming—think earthy tones and clean typographyuu that resonate with midlife women prioritising their health.
