Meta Banner Ads Integration

I need the header of my website set up to serve Meta banner ads smoothly and in full compliance with Meta’s current ad-placement policies. The job is straightforward: add the necessary Meta Pixel (if it is not already present), generate the correct banner ad code, and embed it in the site’s header so every page request loads the ad without slowing the overall page speed or breaking the layout on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
I will provide access to the site’s codebase (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and the Meta Ads Manager account.
