QR Menu & Rating App Development

I am looking for a development team or experienced freelancer to build the MVP of my project, a restaurant rating and digital QR menu application for the Saudi market.
Core Features:
• Dynamic digital QR menu for restaurants (with automatic PDF export for printing).
• User ratings & reviews system (lightweight, similar to Yelp).
• Loyalty & rewards program for users.
• Restaurant dashboard: manage menu items, branches, QR codes, analytics, and reports.
•Mobile app (iOS + Android) for users to browse restaurants via light map, view menus, and submit ratings.
• Admin panel for managing all platform data.
Important Notes:
• Full Arabic (RTL) support across all interfaces.
• Clean, well-organized, commented code (almost every major function must have a clear comment).
• GitHub delivery with consistent commit history.
• Event tracking must be implemented from day one (a complete list of events will be provided after project agreement).
• Scalable backend using modern frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, etc.).
• Architecture ready for future integrations (POS systems, rewards providers, APIs).
• Smooth UI/UX with high performance.
