Mentor LMS Website Build

I have already purchased the codecanyon-L5oQnSd9 Mentor LMS package and now need it installed, configured and styled into a fully functional education site focused on academic courses. I want complete administrative control so I can add, edit and organise courses myself at any time.

The core experience for students must include interactive quizzes, live video sessions and downloadable materials. From the very first screen the interface should feel minimalistic and clean—white space, clear typography, subtle colour accents—yet still look fresh and fashionable.

Here is what I expect when we finish:
• Mentor LMS installed on my hosting, fully connected to the domain and e-mail.
• A custom child theme or equivalent that applies the agreed modern minimal design without touching core files, so future updates remain hassle-free.
• Course, lesson, quiz and certificate templates created so I can duplicate them easily.
• Video-conferencing and quiz modules tested with a sample academic course you set up for demonstration.
• Dashboard access with clear written steps showing how I can manage content and users on my own.
