Membership Site Development on AWS

Need an excellent website designer and developer to design and develop a new website from scratch that would eventually be hosted on AWS lightsail. This new website would have payment gateway, some pages will have forms for members and completed with full details with setting up the admin for proper management. Our budget is between $800-$900. We also have a sample website reference. Must be completed as sample reference with only changes to layout and design. This job must be completed within 3 weeks. Bid only if you can complete as outlined

Key Requirements:
- Payment Gateway: Integrate Stripe
- Member Forms: Set up registration, feedback, and contact forms
- Admin Setup: Complete admin panel for site management
- Reference Site: Must match provided sample site in layout and design, with modifications allowed only for layout and design

Ideal Skills and Experience:
