Media-Rich HVAC Website Build
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m rebuilding my HVAC company’s online presence and need a clean, responsive site that walks visitors through who we are, what we do, and how to hire us—while letting me showcase project photos and short videos for each service.
Pages I must have
• Home – strong hero image or video loop, quick overview of our value proposition, and prominent call-to-action buttons.
• About Us – company story, team snapshot, and certifications.
• Services – expandable sections for each core service with space for detailed write-ups, embedded photo/video galleries, and a service request form that forwards inquiries to our office email.
• Billing – simple page explaining payment options and linking to our existing external payment portal.
Additional requirements
• Easy-to-manage CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) so my staff can upload future photos and videos without touching code.
• Mobile-first layout that passes Core Web Vitals.
• Basic on-page SEO structure (title tags, meta descriptions, alt text).
• Google Maps embed and click-to-call on mobile.
Deliverables will be:
1. Fully functional website on my hosting with all four pages live.
2. Branded design files and any custom graphics.
3. Written hand-off guide showing how to update text, photos, videos, and the request form.
I’ll provide logos, color palette, and initial copy; you handle layout, styling, and media integration. Let me know what platform you recommend and examples of similar sites you’ve launched.
