Meal Prep Management Web App
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I run a small meal-prep service and need a lightweight, browser-based tool I can open on my phone or laptop without installing anything. The core of the build is a mobile-friendly web app that lets me:
• Enter and edit weekly menus so customers always see what’s cooking next week.
• Record incoming orders quickly, attach them to the right menu items, and update quantities on the fly.
• Schedule deliveries for each order and view a clear calendar or list of who gets what, when.
• Generate a simple invoice or payment summary I can email or download as PDF.
Clean, uncluttered screens and responsive design are more important to me than a long feature list. A small login area, basic user roles (just me today, maybe one helper later), and data export to CSV would be a bonus, but not mandatory if it complicates things.
I’m happy to provide sketches of the ideal flow and can handle basic hosting; I just need you to craft the front-end and whatever back-end is simplest—Firebase, Supabase, lightweight PHP/MySQL, or another stack you prefer—as long as it keeps the interface snappy and maintenance low.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. I can add a new week’s menu, create sample orders, and see them reflected in the delivery schedule within three clicks each.
2. The app looks and works well on both a desktop browser and my phone’s browser.
3. An invoice PDF or download link is produced from a test order without extra setup.
If this sounds like your kind of streamlined build, tell me how you’d approach it and roughly how long you’ll need.
