Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced full-stack web developer to create a complete matrimony platform from scratch. The website should be user-friendly, secure, mobile-responsive, and optimized for speed. The goal is to build a platform that can handle up to 100 concurrent users initially, with scope to scale in the future.

We are seeking a cost-effective solution while maintaining good quality and security.

2. Technical Requirements
Tech Stack: Open to PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or Django — whichever is cheaper to host.

Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL

Hosting Recommendation: Must suggest a low-cost but reliable hosting plan.

Image Storage: Local server or cloud storage (S3/Backblaze).

Responsive Design: Works on desktop, mobile, and tablets.

Security: SSL, password hashing, data protection.
