This project is for a Stage 1 prototype of a web-based maritime Area of Responsibility (AOR) training application.
Core Requirements
Web-based application (no mobile app required)
NOAA nautical chart basemap integration
Interactive map engine
Pin-drop functionality
Distance calculation logic
Multiple-choice mode
Image-based questions (via URL)
Basic scoring + 80% pass/fail logic
Simple password-protected admin panel
CSV upload for AOR locations (Name, Latitude, Longitude, optional Image URL)

Broken into 5 milestones of $60 each.
