Map-Based Broker Property Listings

I’m building a map-driven site where real-estate brokers can publish their properties visually. Each listing must appear on an interactive map that uses clustered markers whenever many pins sit close together; as users zoom in, clusters separate into individual points.

Clicking a pin should reveal every key detail of the property in a clean panel—price, size or floor area, a small photo carousel, and the broker’s direct contact information. All of this content will be stored in a back-end database or simple JSON feed (I’m flexible on the exact approach if it keeps future updates easy).

You’re free to work with Leaflet.js, Mapbox GL JS, Google Maps JavaScript API, or another comparable library provided licensing is clear and mobile responsiveness is maintained. Performance on high-density city views is important, so efficient marker clustering and lazy-loading images will be expected.

Deliverables
• A responsive map page with working cluster logic
• Detail panel/pop-up for each pin showing price, size, photos, and broker contact
• Clear set-up notes explaining how I can add or import new listings later
