Malayali Mental Health Website Build

I need a Kerala-based web developer (Malayali preferred) to craft a modern, minimalist site for an online mental-health consultation service. Roughly 80 % of the pages are straightforward, mostly static content—think service overviews, FAQ, resources, and contact information prefer to be in react.
We have fully functional design that you can easily use for development.

The dynamic core is the consultation workflow. Users must be able to:
• Browse psychologists via detailed profile cards that display bios, qualifications, areas of expertise, languages spoken, and session fees.
• Refine results through search and filter controls (specialty, language, availability, etc.).
• Book sessions in real-time, seeing up-to-the-minute slots.
• Receive automated email confirmations and reminders.
• Complete payment securely during the booking process.

I will supply copy, images, and any branding assets once we start; you’ll translate them into a fluid, responsive layout that looks crisp on mobile and desktop alike. Preferred stack is React or Vue for the interactive pieces with a lightweight back-end you’re comfortable maintaining—Laravel, Node, Django, or similar. Integrating a calendar API (Google Calendar or Cal.com) and a trusted payment gateway (Razorpay or Stripe) will be part of the job.

Key deliverables
• Fully responsive front-end with modern, minimalist aesthetics.
• Admin panel for managing profiles, availability slots, and static page content.
• Working booking flow with real-time scheduling, email triggers, and payment capture.
• Source code in a private repo, basic deployment documentation, and a short hand-off call.
