MVP Web App Development for Healthcare Tasks

Description:
I need a developer to build a lean MVP web app for internal task management in a dental/healthcare setting. No patient data in MVP. The goal is to prove value quickly with a clean, functional build.
Features (MVP):
Task CRUD with due dates, assignee, priority, optional role-tag assignment, filters/sort, complete/reopen.
Attachments: image/video uploads on create/complete (S3 or similar, pre-signed URLs).
Roles: Admin/PM vs Staff (Dentist/Nurse/Reception).
Audit trail for all changes (append-only timeline).
Automations: one scheduled rule (CRON-style) + one simple trigger (e.g., new user with role → onboarding task).
Responsive web UI; no heavy design.
Tech (preferred, open to your suggestion):
Next.js + TypeScript, Postgres, Supabase or Vercel, S3-compatible storage, NextAuth.
Please propose alternatives if you can ship faster/cheaper without losing audit or RBAC.
Deliverables:
GitHub repo with clean commits.
Deployed demo (Vercel) + Postgres + storage configured.
README with env vars, seed script, admin bootstrap, deployment docs.
IP assignment (I own the code).
2-week bug-fix window post-delivery.
Milestones:
M1 Auth/DB → M2 Tasks → M3 Attachments → M4 Audit → M5 Automations → M6 Handover.
