MVP C2C Marketplace Development

I want to put a lean, cost-effective consumer-to-consumer marketplace online as quickly as possible. Rather than leaning on Shopify or WordPress, I’d like a custom-built stack so we stay free of recurring plugin fees and keep full control of the code. Feel free to recommend the exact mix—React, Vue, or Svelte on the front-end and something solid like Laravel, Django, or a Node.js framework on the back—so long as it gets us to a dependable MVP fast. Hosting on AWS, DigitalOcean, or a similar VPS is fine.

Core workflow
• New users sign up with email + password and confirm with a second factor (OTP, authenticator app, or SMS).
• Sellers add listings that include photos, short clips, and rich text descriptions organised by category.
• Buyers browse and filter by category, price, and basic tags, then check out through Stripe, PayPal, or another mainstream gateway you recommend.
• Every new listing appears in an admin dashboard where I can approve, reject, or edit before it goes live.
Delivery will be managed by the platform (business) and tracking update integration to be provided.

Deliverables I need to see
- Fully responsive web app (desktop & mobile).
- Secure 2-factor user auth tied into the custom backend.
- Listing module supporting photo & video uploads plus category metadata.
- Product search with basic filters.
- Integrated payment flow routed to my merchant account.
- Admin panel for listing approval and basic user management.
- Source code in a private repo with setup instructions and a short hand-off call or video.

Acceptance criteria
The MVP should deploy cleanly on a fresh server using the instructions you provide; a new user must be able to register, verify with 2FA, publish a listing, have it approved in the admin panel, and complete a test purchase end-to-end.
