Hi, I’m building TradieTool.com, a peer-to-peer tool rental marketplace.
I need a developer to complete the MVP functionality so the platform works properly on both desktop and mobile.

Here are the features we need:

1. User Accounts & Verification

Login / Sign up system

Email + phone verification

User profile with name, suburb, photo

2. Tool Listings

Add/edit/delete tools

Upload photos

Set price/day, weekly price, deposit

Categories and suburbs

Listings must display properly

3. Browse Tools + Search

Keyword search

Filters (category, suburb, price)

Sorting options

Listing cards must open the Tool Detail Page

4. Tool Detail Page

Photos, price, bond, location, description

Owner info

Availability (if possible)

5. Booking Flow

Renter selects dates

Sends booking request

Owner gets notification

Owner approves/declines

If approved → renter pays deposit + booking fee

After payment → contact details are shared

6. Payments (Stripe)

Hold deposit (bond)

Booking fee

Payouts to tool owners

7. Messaging

Simple internal messaging/inquiry system

Contact details hidden until booking approved

8. Dashboards

Owner dashboard: listings, requests, approvals, payouts

Renter dashboard: bookings, payments, messages

9. Admin Panel

Manage users, listings, bookings, payouts, content pages

10. Mobile Optimization + Cleanup

Fully responsive

Fix broken links/pages

Clean up Hostinger AI leftover code
