MVP Contract Automation Web Platform

We are looking for a developer or small team to build a lean MVP web application for a legal-tech project focused on the Mexican market.
The goal of this project is to validate a business model, not to build a fully automated or enterprise-grade platform at this stage. The MVP will combine basic automation with manual review by our legal team.
The application will allow users to:
- Submit information from both parties involved in a transaction
- Upload supporting documents (tax certificates, incorporation documents, proposals, etc.)
- Pay online for the service
- Generate a contract draft using AI
- Receive the final contract after manual legal review
This is an assisted MVP, so simplicity, clarity, and speed of execution are more important than full automation or advanced features.
Deliverables include clear technical recommendations for hosting and infrastructure, favoring simple, low-maintenance solutions.
