MVP Casting Platform Development

Build a Simple Casting Platform (Talent Registration + Booking + WhatsApp/Email Notifications)

We’re looking for a developer to build a simple MVP platform for our casting agency.
The main goal is to allow talents to register easily, book casting appointments, and receive automated notifications.

Project Scope:

Responsive Website (mobile first) with a clean, modern design.

Talent Registration Form (name, city, skills, photo/video upload).

Save form submissions to Airtable.

Casting Booking Page with a calendar to select available time slots.

Automated Email and WhatsApp notifications:

After talent registration (confirmation message).

After booking (appointment confirmation).

24 hours & 2 hours before the appointment (reminders).

Optional: Thank you message after the appointment.

Simple Admin Panel:

View and manage talent records.

View bookings and change booking status (confirm/cancel).

Preferred Tech Stack:

Frontend: Next.js or Nuxt

Database: Airtable

File Storage: Cloudinary

Automation: Make.com (or Zapier)

Notifications: WhatsApp Cloud API or Twilio + SendGrid (or SMTP)

Calendar: FullCalendar or Calendly integration

Timeline:

1–4 weeks (MVP)



Notes:

We don’t need complex logins or dashboards.

AI (auto keywords/summary) is optional.

We’ll provide all branding and detailed flows after selecting the freelancer.
