MERN Stack web app

I am looking for assistance in building a mern stack project. The project is about a peer evaluation app where university lecturers will be able to create courses with a Title and courseKey for students to enroll. In each course the lecturer will be able to create multiple forms for different coursework. Those forms will include a number of questions defined by the lecturer, a defined penalty for non completion and the weight of the evaluation. The enrolled students who will also have an account, will then see a list of courses who they have enrolled, and in each one of them a list of the asigned evaluation forms (of course they will also see old ones that they have already completed). The system will be a combination of how the google classroom couse lists work, and how the tool TEAMMATES works with their evaluation. The students will be able to evaluate their team members for a coursework they have completed by answering the questions set by the lecturer, in each question they will have 100 points to distribute between themselves and all the other team members which basically signifies how many percent of the job each person did. Of course if all did the same amount of work, eahc student will divide the 100 points per quesiton equally between their peers and themselves. After the deadline the lectuerer will be able to see all the answers, enter the mark they have given to each team, and then by the press of a button automatically generate the final results, by taking into consideration the mark of the lecturer, the results of the peer evaluation, the weight of the peer evaliation towards the given mark and the penalty for students who didn't complete the form. The app will be built with React, Node, express, MongoDb and will be deployed on heroku.
