Luxurious Yacht Club Website Redesign

We are seeking an experienced web designer/developer to redesign our existing informational website.
This project involves resetting the current theme and creating:
• One fully designed Homepage based on provided sketches
• One Inside Page Template that can be duplicated for remaining pages
About the Business:
We are a yacht club launching a new division called Circle the Statue. The website is informational only. No booking functionality is required as all bookings will redirect to FareHarbor.
Scope of Work:
Redesign the website with a clean, premium, user friendly layout
Ensure mobile and laptop optimization
Make the website fully SEO friendly
Improve overall look and feel so it is stronger than our other website: https://arabellalifestyle.com/
Design Requirements:
Follow the attached layout sketches (top and bottom homepage)
Use placeholder logo for now
Color scheme must follow red, blue, and gold as shown in reference image
Include a gold banner strip at top for coupon or special savings
Red header section with navigation
Hero image must have text “Circle the Statue” superimposed
On desktop the text should appear in one horizontal line
On mobile the text can stack into 3 vertical lines
Media:
Opening image: Circle the Statue Home.jpeg
YouTube video can be embedded or hosted directly
Content and images can be pulled from existing site
Homepage Layout:
Create info boxes with filler text
Each box should link to an Inside Page template
Example:
“What is Circle the Statue” should lead to an inside page with detailed content, boat images, route details, Manhattan Yacht Club visuals, etc.
Once homepage and inside template are completed, we will duplicate the template to build the remaining pages.
