Looking for a team of devs who can build, market and scale a microtask platform

We are looking to hire a team of developers who can build a 'self-serve' style platform where people can do social media posting tasks, and they will be paid for their efforts based on performance.
You will be responsible for for ensuring all tasks we set are completed, to standard.
You will need to build the platform, acquire users and ensure the tasks we set get completed to standard.
