Looking for Web Designer/Developer to Build Tutorial Site & Blog with User Registration

I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer to create a tutorial site/blog platform with user registration, login, and course management features. The site should be user-friendly, responsive, and scalable.

Key Requirements:

Tutorial Blog Section

A blog section (similar to WordPress) where I can post technology articles.

On the blog page, a right-hand sidebar should display recent posts organized by category.

User Registration & Login

Users should be able to register with their email.

A confirmation email with an activation link should be sent upon registration.

Only confirmed users should be able to log in.

Training / Courses Page

A dedicated page listing all available courses.

Clicking a course should redirect to a payment gateway for purchase.

After successful payment, the user should gain access to the course content.

Each course should have its own page with a list of videos.

Video Integration

Course videos should be streamed via Vimeo for optimal performance and quality.

Admin Panel

Admin dashboard to manage content, users, and courses.

Ability to grant/revoke access to users.
