Looking for Native English Speakers (must have a Native American or Australian accent)

Hello, I am looking for Native English Speakers.
You must have a Native American or Australian accent and you need to be available in US business hours.

Software knowledge and experience is a big plus.

My name is Ryan, and I am from Japan. (fyi I am living in the US now)
I am a software developer and currently lead about 7 members.
We are a small software development team.
We are focusing on the US market, and some of them moved to the US last year.
Now our main problem is communication, so there were not enough results in getting new jobs even though we are wonderful with technologies.
So I am looking for native English Speakers who can support us with this.
