Logistics Tracking & Management App Build
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need a full-stack mobile solution that streamlines daily logistics operations. The build must cover native or cross-platform apps for both Android and iOS plus a web-based admin panel.
Core workflow
• Real-time tracking of vehicles and loads, with map visibility for me and my team at any moment.
• Inventory management so we always know what is on board, what is in the warehouse, and what has been delivered.
• Route optimization that recalculates as traffic or priorities change to keep costs down and delivery times tight.
User roles
Drivers log in to receive turn-by-turn navigation, live task updates pushed from the back office, and an easy way to capture delivery proof (photo, signature, or scan). An Admin role controls everything from the dashboard: user management, inventory data, route settings, and report exports. Dispatcher functionality is not required right now but the architecture should leave room for it later.
