* NO MILESTONES
* NO ESCROW REQUESTS
Instead, I will provide 10% EQUITY/SHARES in the company as a contractual guarantee.
A legal buyback agreement will be signed stating that I will repurchase the 10% equity once the platform is fully functional and launched.
